Burlington, MA-based EBI Consulting has promoted Tammy Ribaudo to chief marketing officer of the due diligence, environmental, architecture and engineering, and environmental health and safety services firm.

The position is new for EBI. Ribaudo will lead the company’s go-to market efforts by driving strategy, working all business lines and helping in the execution of the firm’s most critical business priorities.

Ribaudo joined EBI in 2021 as VP of marketing to spearhead a brand project to update and strengthen brand awareness, elevate visual identity, implement an integrated campaign-based team approach and upgrade the marketing technology stack. She also engaged in bolstering the firm’s recruiting efforts to support company growth.
