Virtual Cafeteria “Eat Club” Comes to 109 W. 27th St.

Eat Club has rented a 1,500-square-foot space on the ground floor of 109 W. 27th St., an 11-story office building in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.

“Eat Club is a new concept that allows employees of member companies to order lunch online from a curated menu. The meals are prepared locally, and then delivered to employees at their offices,” said Ravi Idnani, director for Eastern Consolidated, who with James Famularo represented Eat Club and negotiated the lease directly with the landlord, Icon Realty.

The restaurant is “a virtual cafeteria” that prepares and delivers personalized meals to office workers ordering online.
