Eastside Christian Fellowship Purchases Commercial Building in Kirkland

Kidder Mathews has arranged the $12.5 million purchase of Building G at Kirkland 405 Corporate Center in Kirkland, WA to Eastside Christian Fellowship and church member investors. Kidder’s Steve Pelluer and Kim Hutchins represented the buyer in the transaction.

The 31,000-square-foot flex business park property is located at 12040 115th Ave. Northeast, and is immediately adjacent to Interstate 405 and in close proximity to retail attractions The Village at Totem Lake and Whole Foods.

“Growing churches who want to purchase real estate find themselves in a highly competitive commercial real estate environment,” said Hutchins in a news release. “However, with creative thinking and the financial resources to act fast, churches can acquire commercial buildings like Kirkland 405, repurpose them, and make them viable for church and educational uses.”
