Eastlake Luxury Apartment Project Tops Out

The Washington Holdings development at 2517 Eastlake Ave. E in Seattle has topped-out, as the main exterior structure of Liza, a 207-unit, mid-rise luxury apartment complex, has reached its pinnacle. The architect of the project is Hewitt and Compass Construction is the general contractor.

According to the Daily Journal of Commerce, the complex will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units when completed in early 2024. The residences will offer high-end appliances, quartz countertops and shaker-style cabinets. Liza will also include 2,500 square feet of ground floor retail and underground parking with EV charging stations. Community amenities will include a rooftop deck, media lounge, fitness center and bike storage.

Additionally, the project is being built with sustainability in mind, and is pursuing Living Building Challenge 3.1 Certification. Liza will be completely powered by solar panels and has many green features, including a rooftop beehive.
