According to the Daily Journal of Commerce, the complex will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units when completed in early 2024. The residences will offer high-end appliances, quartz countertops and shaker-style cabinets. Liza will also include 2,500 square feet of ground floor retail and underground parking with EV charging stations. Community amenities will include a rooftop deck, media lounge, fitness center and bike storage.
Additionally, the project is being built with sustainability in mind, and is pursuing Living Building Challenge 3.1 Certification. Liza will be completely powered by solar panels and has many green features, including a rooftop beehive.
