Eastlake at Tillery Nabs Two Leases of 133K SF

Two leases were recently executed at the newly completed East Austin development, Eastlake at Tillery. Semiconductor firm Skyworks secured the entirety of building two, totaling 96,497 square feet.

Matthew Adams and Jesse Weber of Newmark represented Skyworks. Eastlake at Tillery was developed by CREA, and Ben Tolson and Seth Stuart with AQUILA Commercial handle the leasing for the project.

Online design/publisher Canva’s lease secured 36,932 square feet in building one. Jake Ragusa and Elizabeth Ansbro of JLL represented Canva.

Eastlake at Tillery is a 172,000-square-foot class-A office development comprised of two office buildings and an above-ground structured parking garage. The property features private tenant patios, a fitness center with showers, bike storage, shared conference room, and outdoor space with seating areas and an airstream food trailer.

“Leases were executed in July and October respectively, and are indicative of great momentum at the project. This momentum stems from the convergence of two key elements: a dynamic location at the heart of where much of today’s workforce already heads for fun, and our market’s warm reception of the property and the on-site experience it affords,” said Tolson.
