Eastern Union Brokers $42M Sale of Maryland Apartment Property

New York-based commercial real estate firm Eastern Union has arranged the $42 million sale of Portabello Apartments, a 254-unit apartment property in Oxon Hill, MD.

Located at 6441 Livingston Road, the property is approximately 13 miles from Washington D.C. and consists of one, two- and three-bedroom units. Rent ranges from $1,145 to $1,820. The community was constructed in 1965 and features a suite of amenities that include a playground, pool, laundry facilities, a clubhouse and nearby access to public transportation.

Alex Bensahel of Eastern Union brokered the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed seller and buyer.
