Eastern Consolidated Alums Launch New Investment Sales Firm

Former Eastern Consolidated senior directors Rubin Isak and Lev Kimyagarov have launched a new investment sales firm, Goldenwood Property Advisors. Between them, the two—also former colleagues at Massey Knakl Realty Services—have brokered over $800 million in commercial property sales during their careers.

Joining the founding partners are other Eastern Consolidated alumni: Mark Pietrogiacomo, VP of operations; Alex Isa and Michael Musto, directors; and Jonathan Sherman, analyst. The firm will specialize in the sale of both exclusive and true off-market properties in the New York City metro area.

“We’ll be taking a strategic approach to each assignment, advising property owners on the best approach to take to achieve their goals,” said Kimyagarov (pictured). “In some cases, this may mean offering a property off-market to a select group of targeted buyers, executing a full marketing strategy, or even advising our client not to sell and instead reposition the asset.”
