Eastern Bank Relocates HQ, Downsizes by Half 

Eastern Bank is relocating its headquarters to 125 High Street, one of Boston’s largest towers, from its current Franklin Street office space, reported by Boston Business Journal.  

The bank has signed a lease for a full floor, approximately 24,000 square feet, at Tishman Speyer’s 125 High Street. This is a reduction from its current 44,000 square feet over two floors at 265 Franklin Street. Eastern Bank expects to make the move in the spring.  

The new location offers communal spaces, including an expanded gym, a tenant lounge with a roof deck, and a lobby with a golf simulator.
