East Valley Association of Realtors Builds New Redlands HQ

The East Valley Association of Realtors has moved into new office space on Colton Ave. in  Redlands, where it will continue providing education and advocacy services for agents.

The new headquarters building totals 5,000 square feet, and was built by the realtor organization after five years of searching for the right space. It includes a classroom for 100 people, as well as a conference room.

Annette Coffey, an executive for the realtor group, said East Valley got a very reasonable deal on the transaction. According to RealtyTrac, the land is valued at $250,000.
