East Commerce Realty Solidifies Hold on St. Paul Square
The San Antonio City Council approved the sale of four buildings totaling 38,000 square feet to East Commerce Realty LLC. The buyer will pay close to $1.8 million for the assets, which are in the St. Paul Square district on the east side of the CBD. With the other properties acquired in the same area, the buyer will soon own approximately 124,000 square feet of space.
The four buildings under contract are:
- 119 Heiman St.
- 123-125 Heiman St.
- 1156 E. Commerce St.
- 1164 and 1170 E. Commerce St.
The properties are leased to various restaurants, bars, businesses and non-profit organizations.
East Commerce Realty, led by Reata Real Estate and David Adelman with Area Real Estate, already own The Spire, and a ground lease to Sunset Station.
