East Coast Warehouse Inks 500K-SF Industrial Lease in Savannah

Temperature-controlled logistics services provider East Coast Warehouse has signed a 499,200-square-foot industrial lease in Savannah at 521 Morgan Lakes Blvd.

The industrial facility at 521 Morgan Lakes Blvd. totals 998,400 square feet and features 36-foot clear heights, LED lighting and 220 dock doors. It is located in close proximity to I-95, I-16, and the Port of Savannah. The move into Savannah is the latest step in East Coast Warehouse’s expansion down the East Coast, with strategic locations on the Ports of New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and now Savannah.

Bill Waxman, Chris Dempsey and Blaine Kelley of CBRE represented the tenant, East Coast Warehouse, in the transaction. In addition, Bill Sparks of CBRE represented the owner, Principal Financial.
