East Bay Office Park Trades at Pre-Pandemic Level
Cushman & Wakefield has advised the sale of Creekside Plaza Office Park, a three-building Class A office campus in San Leandro, CA. Although terms were not disclosed, the firm says the transaction represents the largest suburban office trade in the East Bay since 2019.
The 228,000-square-foot property is one of the newest Class A BART-oriented complexes in Alameda County and has maintained an average historical occupancy of 98%. The Cushman & Wakefield team of Ryan Venezia, Barry Cohn, Seth Siegel, Steve Hermann, Rick Ryan, Kevin Flemming and David Englert represented the seller in the deal.
Creekside Plaza Office Park is located at the highly visible corner of San Leandro Boulevard and Davis Street, directly across from the San Leandro BART station. The property is also walkable to the downtown area, which features several retail and dining amenities. In addition, the BART proximity provides tenants easy access to the San Francisco and Oakland business districts.
