Early Education Center Comes to Staten Island’s North Shore MXU

Early-education academy The Learning Experience will be part of Triangle Equities’ Lighthouse Point mixed-use development in the St. George neighborhood on Staten Island’s North Shore. With two five-year extension options, the 15-year lease is for 11,000 square feet in phase one of the project.

“A combined live, work and play environment has always been the vision for this development and The Learning Experience brings that vision closer to reality,” said Lester Petracca, Triangle’s president. It’s one of more than 100 Learning Experience locations currently under development nationwide.

Peter Botsaris of Botsaris Morris Realty Group represented Triangle Equities in lease negotiations. ComRealty Group represented The Learning Experience.

Phase one of Lighthouse Point will include 65,000 square feet of retail and office space, along with a 12-story residential tower with 115 rental units. The development will make over an acre of waterfront open space accessible to the public.
