
EagleBridge Capital Arranges $6M Construction/Perm Mortgage for Braintree CVS
EagleBridge Capital has arranged a $6.1 construction/permanent mortgage financing for a long-term leased CVS Pharmacy to be located in Braintree, MA.
Ted Sidel with EagleBridge Capital, a Boston, MA-based mortgage banking firm, arranged the financing.
The Class A single-story, free-standing building will contain 14,800 square feet on a 1.37-acre site with 60 parking spaces at 357 Grove Street at the signalized intersection of Liberty Steet.
The new CVS Pharmacy will replace a CVS Pharmacy located in the nearby Tedeschi Plaza Shopping Center, which is anchored by a Stop & Shop Supermarket and also is home to a Citizens Bank, Town Fair Tire and a Dunkin Donuts.
