
EagleBridge Capital Arranges $4M Loan for Beacon Hill Apartment Building
EagleBridge Capital has secured a $3.9 million acquisition mortgage for an apartment property in Boston’s Beacon Hill.
Located at 35 Grove Street. The five-story building, originally constructed in 1899 and recently renovated, comprises ten apartments. The property offers views of the city and Charles River from a rooftop deck.
The financing was arranged by EagleBridge principal Ted Sidel and provided by a leading commercial bank.
