EagleBridge Capital Arranges $2.2M Financing for Boston Apartments 

EagleBridge Capital has facilitated a permanent mortgage financing and acquisition worth $2.2 million for a recently renovated apartment property on Snow Hill Street in the North End neighborhood of Boston. The property comprises four three-bedroom units, each equipped with new fixtures such as stainless-steel appliances, cabinets, countertops, and bathroom fixtures. The loan was arranged by EagleBridge principal Ted Sidel from a thrift institution. 

The North End neighborhood is home to several Italian eateries, bakeries, and pizzerias and is located near major attractions, including TD Garden, the Financial District, and Downtown Boston.
