Boston, MA-based EagleBridge Capital has arranged $19.9 million in permanent mortgage financing a two-building office complex in Darien CT.

EagleBridge Capital Arranges $20M Mortgage for Darien Office Complex

Boston, MA-based EagleBridge Capital has arranged permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $19.8 million for Darien Crossing, a two-building office complex located in Darien CT.

Brian Walsh of EagleBridge secured the financing through a national financial institution.

The property was acquired in 2018 and completely renovated over the past three years. Occupants include a mix of investment, development, wealth management, medical, architectural, and other business firms as well as co-working providers.

Darien Crossing consists of two connected Class A three-story, multi-tenant office buildings totally 78,000 square feet situated on 5.2 acres with parking for 240 vehicles. Amenities include a new café with outdoor and indoor seating, a new fitness center, a shared conference facility, bicycle sharing and 24/7 keycard access.

The office complex is located on Post Road just minutes from Downtown Darien and the Metro North train station, and proximate to Exit 13 of Route I-95.
