E4D Technologies Plans Move to Parc Northeast
E4D Technologies signed a deal to lease a 42,362-square-foot build-to-suit at Parc Northeast, a new Class A core development at 2920 Telecom Pkwy. in Richardson, TX. With the lease, the high-tech medical device designer and manufacturer will leave its current location on International Parkway, also in Richardson, where it had remained for 13 years.
“After spending more than 13 years segmented in three buildings, E4D will be consolidating operations into a new state-of-the-art facility in June (2019),” said Cribb Altman, with Cushman & Wakefield. Altman partnered with Cushman & Wakefield colleagues Mike Wyatt and Charlie Beck as the tenant reps.
Josh Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented Jackson-Shaw, Parc Northeast’s landlord. Parc Northeast consists of four buildings, totaling 434,640 square feet, on 40 acres. Page is the architect for the build-to-suit, and Cushman & Wakefield is handling construction management.
