E-commerce Web Designer Makes Move to FiDi

Fluid, a division of Astound Media Corporation that provides e-commerce web design and visual merchandising for retailers, will relocate its New York office to the Financial District from Midtown South.

The company will occupy 5,851 square feet of space across the entire 33rd floor of 30 Broad St. Fluid will relocate from 625 Broadway during the fourth quarter.

CBRE’s Paul Walker and Ramsey Feher represented Fluid in the transaction, while David Malawer, Dan Appel, Andy Perez and Hal Stein of NKF represented the landlord, Tribeca Associates.

“Fluid’s search for a new office was originally focused in Soho and in the Midtown South neighborhoods, where the company had been operating for the past five years,” said Walker. “After looking at numerous spaces in this area and Downtown, the team was surprised to find that they could find a high-quality, modern space in Downtown Manhattan at a much more competitive price point.”
