E-Commerce Tenant Leases 201K SF in Rockland

CBRE secured a 200,775-square-foot lease across two buildings in Onyx Equities’ Hudson Crossing Industrial Park in Blauvelt, NY, just west of White Plains. The unidentified e-commerce tenant will occupy 123,999 square feet at 400 Oritani Dr. and 76,776 square feet in the neighboring 200 Oritani Dr.

The CBRE team of Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato, Larry Schiffenhaus, Anastasia Lazrides, Lauren Hageman, Gerard Monahan and Brian Fiumara represented Onyx Equities, which acquired the 1.2-million-square foot industrial park in 2019.

“The tenant was seeking large blocks of space that offered a convenient distribution point to tri-state area markets and Rockland County is an attractive alternative for Meadowlands submarket tenants,” said Schiffenhaus.

D’Amato added, ““The ongoing demand for well-located industrial, warehouse and flex space with quick access to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut makes this location ideal for large distribution needs.”
