E-Commerce Shipper Expands in Carol Stream

Brown Commercial Group represented Global eParcel Solutions LLC in a 32,000-square-foot lease at 835-845 Carol Ct. in Carol Stream, IL. The growing business, which has expanded its space by 29,000 square feet through multiple leases over the past five years, provides domestic and international shipping for e-commerce companies via trucking, sea freight and air freight.

“Finding the right space quickly was crucial to this transaction,” said senior broker Mason Hezner with Brown Commercial Group, who represented the tenant. “Global eParcel Solutions was able to increase its space locally by more than 50% while still remaining in a desirable location for logistics.”

The business has grown significantly over the past five years since Hezner represented Global eParcel Solutions on a 3,000-square-foot lease.

The building is located within the Carol Point Business Center. Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner, MP Carol Point Business Center LLC.
