E-commerce Logistics Provider Takes Entire San Bernardino Facility

Wayne, PA-based Liberty Property Trust signed a long-term lease with Lean Supply Solutions at its recently-acquired 520 Orange Show Rd. in San Bernardino. The e-commerce logistics provider claimed the entire 318,989-square-foot industrial building and took possession of the space.

Liberty bought the building at the close of 2018. The newly-developed facility features 32-foot clear heights and 52-by-50-foot column spacing, as well as a 60-foot speed bay, 40 dock doors, a 185-foot secured concrete truck court and finished office space.

CBRE’s Walt Arrington represented the tenant. Colliers International’s Mark Zorn and Kevin McKenna advised the landlord.

The building is located across the street from an Amazon E-Commerce Center, one mile from the I-215 and I-10 Freeways, and within three miles of the BNSF San Bernardino Intermodal Yard. Corporate neighbors include Amazon, Pepsi, Kohl’s, Mattel, Kohler, Stater Bros., Fender and Burlington Coat Factory.
