The development boom isn’t over.  In fact, developers are still hiring. Allen Dzbanek has joined Douglaston Development as senior vice president of design and construction.

“Douglaston Development continues to grow its residential portfolio across the five boroughs of New York City,” said Jeff Levine president of Douglaston Development.

Dzbanek previously served as senior vice president of design and construction with Rockrose Development Corp, where he formed and led the construction and design department, creating more than 2.4 million square feet of apartments.

As executive vice president of Park Tower Group, he also orchestrated one of the first comprehensive Project Labor Agreements with the Building Construction Trade Council of Greater New York.
