Dynamic Star Teams with Schoolhouse Project at Fordham Landing South

Real estate development and investment firm Dynamic Star LLC formed a partnership with Carlo Schiattarella, founder & CEO of Schoolhouse Project, to develop a charter school within Dynamic Star’s Fordham Landing South project. Situated on the Harlem River waterfront in the University Heights neighborhood of The Bronx, the school will be housed within the 350,000-square-foot One Fordham Landing building.

Schiattarella brings three decades-plus of expertise in charter school facility development, financing, startup and operations. Under his leadership, Schoolhouse Project has overseen the development of more than $400 million in school facilities across New York City and beyond.

“We are thrilled to partner with Carlo Schiattarella and Schoolhouse Project to realize this transformative charter school,” said Brad Zackson, director of development at Dynamic Star. “This collaboration highlights our commitment to integrating impactful educational spaces into our developments.”
