Dylan Taylor Taking Over Colliers CEO Post

Toronto-based Colliers International Group Inc. is promoting Dylan Taylor CEO of Colliers Real Estate Services, effective January 1, 2019. He will focus exclusively on the growth, operational effectiveness and client service opportunities in the company’s rapidly growing real estate services segment.

Jay Hennick, Global Chairman and CEO, will continue to be responsible for overall strategy and execution across all the company’s businesses, including its recently established platform in investment management.

Taylor previously served as president and COO for Colliers. In that role, he oversaw the operations of more than 16,300 professionals operating in 66 countries. Taylor’s focus was on integrating operations across all service lines; enhancing client engagement strategies and cross-selling; fostering service excellence and an enterprising culture; and developing systems for supporting the strategic growth of Colliers worldwide.

Previous roles Taylor held at Colliers included Global COO from July 2014 to June 2015, and he also served as Americas CEO from 2012 to 2014 and US CEO from 2009 to 2014.

Taylor is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, and he is one of two real estate professionals inducted into the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame.

Before joining Colliers, Taylor was president of Global Client Services for NKF. Before that, he spent more than five years as SVP of Corporate Solutions for JLL, and nearly seven years at Swiss-based SAIA Burgess, a global electronics supplier.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
