Dwight Capital Rolls Out C-PACE Platform Led by Industry Veteran

New York City-based Dwight Capital has expanded its services, unveiling Dwight Green Finance, a lending platform led by Lisa Nordel that aims at financing a range of property improvements through C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy). This strategic initiative complements Dwight’s existing suite of financial solutions, including bridge loans, mezzanine, and HUD lending platforms.

Nordel brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate across multifamily, office, and retail. Before joining Dwight as managing director, she served as VP at Peachtree Group, where she led the loan execution process for debt funds and later transitioned to SVP in Peachtree’s C-PACE division. Her achievements include overseeing underwriting, closing more than $850 million in C-PACE financings and managing various financial facilities.

“As the demand for clean energy and sustainable buildings grows, C-PACE financing has been increasingly embraced by property owners across diverse asset categories,” said Nordel. “Dwight Green Finance’s C-PACE platform seamlessly complements Dwight’s current suite of financing options.”
