Dwight Capital Provides $27M HUD Financing for Maryland MF Community

Commercial real estate finance company Dwight Capital has provided $26.5 million in HUD financing for The Ivy Club, a 283-unit apartment community in Landover, MD.

Last renovated in 2002, the pet-friendly gated community consists of 8 three and four-story apartment buildings, including a community room, and one security building. The community is located at 1127 Ivy Club Lane.
