Dwight Capital Closes $31M Refinancing for Senior Apartments in Grand Prairie

Manhattan-based commercial real estate lender Dwight Capital has provided a $30.5 million refinancing for a senior apartment complex in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Grand Prairie, TX.  

The property, The Retreat at Grand Prairie, is a newly-constructed 154-unit complex in Grand Prairie. Proceeds from the refinancing will be used to pay off existing construction financing and accelerate the lease-up of the property. The property is located at 2902 S Beltline Road, 16 miles west of Dallas. Amenities include ultra-light vents for air purification, a game room, fitness center, library and business center as well as an indoor pool with retractable roof, pet park, putting green, theater and walking trail.

Josh Sasouness of Dwight Capital originated the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed borrower.
