Dustin Zachmeyer Joins Connect Money as Director of Business Development

Connect Money, the leading business-to-business media platform covering financial services, proudly announces the addition of Dustin Zachmeyer as Director of Business Development. Zachmeyer brings nearly two decades of experience in investment strategy, financial risk management, and capital markets at firms such as Bluerock, East West Bank, and Griffin Capital, making him an invaluable addition to the growing Connect Money team.

In his new role, Zachmeyer will lead sales and business development, focusing on expanding Connect Money’s revenue opportunities through advertising, content marketing, and event sponsorships. His expertise will be instrumental in launching new Connect Conference events within the financial services space, while strengthening Connect Money’s partnerships with industry leaders.

Before joining Connect Money, Zachmeyer held leadership roles at several financial firms, driving business expansion, due diligence, and strategic partnerships. At Bluerock, he scaled the due diligence department by 200%, helped onboard more than 40 capital partners, and led the launch of 10 new investment products. Prior to that at Griffin Capital, his efforts contributed to a 500% increase in revenue and multiple successful product launches. He also served as a Director of the Board at ADISA.
