Durst Signs 2 Tech Tenants at 1155 A of A

R3 LLC signed a 10-year lease for 17,246 square feet for the 34th floor at the Durst Organization’s 1155 Ave. of the Americas, relocating from 11 W. 42nd St.

Additionally, Check Point Software Technologies signed a five-year lease at the property for 9,663 square feet.  Check Point is moving from 500 Fifth Ave.

“The stretch of Avenue of the Americas north of Bryant Park has steadily been attracting tenants in the technology industry,” said Jonathan Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “We are excited to welcome software companies R3 and Check Point to 1155 Ave. of the Americas, where they join the growing list of creative and innovative tenants that are transforming Sixth Avenue and Bryant Park.”

R3 was represented by NKF’s Leo Paytas, while Check Point was advised by Waite Buckley of Vicus Partners.  The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo and Tanya Grimaldo.
