Durst Organization Scores Leasing Success with DurstReady Offering

The Durst Organization said its DurstReady office offering has accounted for more than 445,000 square feet of leasing activity with 29 tenants since its launch in 2019. DurstReady offers furnished, wired and move-in ready offices from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet.

“Tenants are gravitating to superior, well-located buildings such as the ones in our portfolio as demonstrated by the strong demand we are seeing,” said Lauren Ferrentino, managing director of commercial leasing at The Durst Organization. “At 825 Third Ave., we recently brought several DurstReady spaces to market where two were preleased and we have significant activity on the remaining units.”

Given its success, The Durst Organization is expanding its DurstReady inventory across several buildings within the portfolio in 2023, including it at 1133 Ave. of the Americas for the first time.
