The Durst Organization completed four Midtown East leasing deals. They include Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings America, expanding to 14,218 square feet at 655 Third Ave.; the Permanent Mission of Belize to the United Nations renewing for 3,868 square feet and Hebrew Free Loan Society expanding to 3,785 square feet at 675 Third Ave.; and NGEN Mgt II renewing 2,059 square feet at 733 Third Ave.
“Durst began developing these commercial properties on Third Avenue in the 1950s,” said Durst Organization president Jonathan Durst. “Over the decades, we have made numerous enhancements and improvements to these assets to operate more efficiently and sustainably and meet the demands of today’s commercial tenants.”
Mitsubishi Chemical was represented by Cresa’s Gregg Cohen. NGEN was represented by NKF’s Scott Gutnick and Cooper Weisman. Ashlea Aaron represented the Durst Organization in-house. The Permanent Mission of Belize and Hebrew Free Loan Society deals were done directly.
