Durham MF Development Site Trades for $11M

JLL has brokered the $10.9 million sale of Davis Park East, a 21-acre multifamily development site adjacent to the Research Triangle Park node in Durham, N.C.

Located at 4701 Hopson Rd., the site has been approved for up to 403 multi-housing units and 25,000 square feet of commercial space. Assitionally, the site is nearby both Raleigh and Durham’s downtown areas and within walking distance to retail and restaurants.

Sarah Godwin and John Mikels of JLL represented the seller, Lee Properties Group, in the transaction. The buyer was a joint venture between Wood Partners and Stockbridge.
