duotone audio Extends Lease at 200 Varick St

duotone audio group, a bespoke music and sound production company, has signed a three-year lease extension for 4,633 square feet on the sixth floor of 200 Varick St. in Hudson Square, New York.

duotone audio will continue to use the space for its executive, general, and administrative offices, as well as for its on-site recording and editing studios. The company has been in the building since 2014. 200 Varick St. is a 12-story, 490,000-square-foot office building with tenants include Film Forum, AHRC New York City, Reservoir Media, and the Omnicom Group.

Brendan O’Leary and Steven Langton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction, while Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca, and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, and Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC.
