Duo of Property Tax Experts Added to CBRE Atlanta
Bryan Frey and Jason Harwood have joined CBRE’s valuation and advisory services team as directors to provide property tax consulting services in Atlanta.
Frey brings more than 12 years of experience in the management and advisory of commercial real property tax consulting and appeal coordination. He joins CBRE from Paradigm Tax Group where he served as senior director of east operations. In this role, he oversaw seven regional offices and assisted in building the Atlanta office into one of the top-producing teams. Frey is a board member of the Georgia Association of Property Tax Professionals.
Harwood brings more than 17 years of diversified commercial real estate experience with a specialty in property tax consulting and pre-acquisition due diligence services. He was previously market leader for Paradigm Tax Group’s Atlanta office, where he was charged with overseeing growth strategy, client relationship management, business development, and financial performance for the Southeast region.
