Dunleer Sells Santa Ana Outdoor Storage Parcel for $10.5M

The City of Santa Ana has paid $10.5 million for a 2.5-acre industrial outdoor storage parcel at 4404 W. 1st Street in Santa Ana, CA. The lot, which includes a 3,900-square-foot single-story building, will be used for city-related public services. Real estate investment and development firm Dunleer was the seller in the transaction.

“This was a very rare offering in a prime Santa Ana industrial location,” said Dunleer founder BJ Turner. “The zoning, infill location and size of the parcel are very hard to find in Orange County. While we received a number of offers, we were pleased to work on a seamless transaction that will benefit the municipal needs of the City of Santa Ana.”

The property features a large, fenced yard area and provides quick access to the 5 and 405 freeways. CBRE’s Keith Greer, Ben Seybold, Sean Ward and Joshua Samuels represented Dunleer in the deal.
