Dunleer Hires Murphy; Bolsters Industrial Acquisition Activity
Los Angeles-based Dunleer has welcomed Dan Murphy as Assistant Vice President, Investments, announcing that he will work along with the firm’s origination team to identify and select strategic industrial assets.
Murphy comes to Dunleer from Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc., where he participated in more than 20 transactions and helped close over $1 billion in industrial assets.
“We are pleased to have Dan join Dunleer as he brings an impressive skill set and track record from his former position at Rexford, the largest buyer of Southern California industrial real estate. We continue to aggressively pursue attractive value-add industrial acquisitions in Southern California and other key infill locations in the Western U.S.,” said Dunleer Founder BJ Turner in a news release.
Said Murphy, “I am looking forward to being an integral part of Dunleer’s growth and success and providing our investors with consistent and attractive risk-adjusted returns.”
