Dunleer Buys Sacramento-Area Business Park for $15M
Dunleer, a Los Angeles-based private real estate investment and development firm, has acquired Windplay Business Center, a nine-building industrial park in El Dorado Hills, CA. The 101,000-square-foot, 97% leased facility was purchased for $14.9 million.
“This was an attractive opportunity to get into a supply constrained infill market with a well-performing asset. The current industrial vacancy rate in El Dorado Hills, an affluent submarket of Sacramento, is just 1% and we believe this area will continue to experience significant user demand over the coming years,” said Dunleer Founder BJ Turner.
The Windplay Business Center was built between 1991 and 1994 and features 18’ to 24’ clear heights and is easily divisible to meet tenant size requirements. Furthermore, the acquisition features five separate parcels, providing future flexibility. JLL’s Sean Merold and Mike Metzger represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
