Dunkin’ Signs for Last Retail Space at L&L’s 600 Third Ave.
L&L Holding Company secured an agreement with Dunkin’ to occupy the last remaining retail availability at 600 Third Ave., L&L’s 42-story office tower in Manhattan’s Grand Central district. Dunkin’ will occupy a prominent 1,018-square-foot storefront at the base of the building.
Under the 10-year lease, the global brand is expected to open by year end. Dunkin’ joins Shake Shack, Just Salad, Blink Fitness and Chipotle at 600 Third.
“We are pleased to welcome Dunkin’ to our exciting lineup of retailers at 600 Third Ave.,” said L&L EVP Jonathan Tootell. “With a street-level experience animated by top-quality retailers and enjoyable outdoor space, 600 Third has become a great neighborhood amenity within the Grand Central district.”
L&L was represented by an in-house team of Tootell, Tanya Grimaldo and Giannina Brancato, and by Alan Schmerzler, Patrick O’Rourke, Sean Moran and Catherine Merck of Cushman & Wakefield. Jon Spadafino and Dan Richman of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Dunkin’.
