80K-SF Dunkin distribution center to open in Burleson

Dunkin Building Burleson Distribution Center

National DCP (NDCP), the supply chain management company serving Dunkin’ franchisees, has started work on its new food service distribution center in the Fort Worth suburb of Burleson. Representing NDCP’s tenth distribution facility nationwide, the company is partnering with ARCO Design/Build, a design-build construction firm, to complete the $25 million project. When it opens, the center will serve about 350 restaurants in Texas, Oklahoma, southern Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana and Colorado.

The Burleson facility is 79,296 square feet and is being designed to offer flexibility and scalability to accommodate Dunkin’s future growth trajectory in the region. When complete, the project, which is slated for completion in Q3 2025, will have 76 employees.

NDCP is a $3 billion global supply chain management company serving Dunkin’ franchisees. The organization supports over 10,000 quick-service restaurants in the U.S. and distributes products to more than 40 countries.
