Duncan Returns to CBRE Following Brief Berkadia Stint

Less than three months after CBRE Houston’s multifamily team left en masse for Berkadia’s Houston office, one person has returned. Multifamily veteran Clint Duncan is now CBRE’s senior vice president, charged with rebuilding the company’s multifamily division.

As part of his new role, Duncan will oversee CBRE’s Houston and Gulf Coast markets in Texas and Louisiana, though the immediate job at hand is to hire brokers to generate revenue. Duncan said the eventual goal is to become a powerhouse in the Gulf Coast region.

“This is a challenging role, but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do,” Duncan said. “Not that many opportunities like this exist. I wanted to give it a shot.”
