Dunbar Buys LA County Industrial Park for $23M

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has completed the off-market sale of a two-building, 93,000-square-foot industrial park in Gardena, CA. Dunbar Real Estate Holdings, LLC purchased the asset from T.A. Properties, LTD for $22.7 million.

“There is little or no developable industrial land available in the area, so we were able to identify this opportunity to secure a rare infill, supply-constrained location that offers tremendous future upside potential for our client,” said DAUM EVP Chuck Brill who represented the buyer in the transaction.

Located adjacent to Interstate 405 on West 190th Street, the property features freeway frontage on 3.66 acres. The pair of tilt-up buildings are equipped with 18’ and 19’ clear height, fire sprinklers, dock-high loading doors and grade-level parking. The industrial park has a mix of four national tenants including Auto Zone, 3 Day Suit Brokers, Off Broadway West and 4 Wheel Parts.
