The Front & York mixed-use project in DUMBO has added three retail tenants

DUMBO’s Front & York Adds Three Retail Tenants

Front & York, the mixed-use DUMBO project being developed by CIM Group and LIVWRKS, has signed leases for three new retail tenants.

The new tenants include CVS with 12,350 square feet; Lazy Sundaes with 1,720 square feet; and VHG Group, opening its first DUMBO location with 3,952 square feet. All three retailers are slated to open in 2022, joining Life Time and Devocion.

“The addition of CVS, Lazy Sundaes and Petits Poussins, coupled with Life Time and Devocion, will complement the full-service lifestyle offered at Front & York and help strengthen the dynamic retail collection in the neighborhood,” said Jason Schreiber, principal, investments of CIM Group.

Newmark’s Jason Pruger and Ross Kaplan represented CVS, while Winick Realty Group’s Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen & Michael Shkreli represented CIM.

The Winick team represented CIM in the VHG lease, with Shkreli also representing VHG. The team again represented CIM in signing Lazy Sundaes.
