Dumbo Market to Open in LIC 

The Domain Companies, LMXD, the VOREA Group, and Bridge Investment Group have announced that Dumbo Market, a grocery store, will open a new location at Jasper, a $370 million mixed-use development in Long Island City. The market has signed a lease for approximately 13,500 square feet of retail space and is expected to open in early 2025, coinciding with the completion of Jasper’s residential space. 

Located at 2-33 50th Avenue In Long Island City, Queens, Dumbo Market at Jasper will offer groceries, imported domestic and craft beer, dairy, fresh meats and seafood, sushi, and more. The market will also feature an espresso cafe with pastries. 

Jasper is a joint venture aiming to create a mixed-use, mixed-income community. The project includes 499 apartment rentals, outdoor terraces, a pool, fitness facilities, and more. Jasper plans to pursue LEED platinum certification and participate in the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program.
