Duke Wraps Up O’Hare-Area Spec Build

Duke Realty completed a 154,000-square-foot speculative logistics property at 901 Chase Ave. in Elk Grove Village, IL. The property is located in the O’Hare submarket near the north cargo gate, and is convenient to the I-90 and I-290/355 interchanges.

“901 Chase offers users a unique opportunity to move into new, modern warehouse space close to O’Hare International Airport, plus have ready highway access to the entire Chicago metro area,” said Susan Bergdoll, VP of leasing and development for Duke Realty in Chicago. “With the delivery of this building, Duke Realty hopes to alleviate some pent-up demand for first-generation space in a location served by a large, diversified labor pool.”

Avison Young’s Brian Colson is overseeing leasing at the property, which is available for immediate occupancy.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
