Duke Reports Booming Indianapolis Lease Executions, Indianapolis Portfolio 100% Leased

Logistics specialist Duke Realty reports booming lease activity in the Indianapolis market with recent lease executions totaling nearly 2.5 million sf.

As a result of this lease activity, Duke says its Indianapolis portfolio of nearly 13 million sf. is 100% leased.  Recent leasing activity includes a secured lease for more than 257,000-sf of space at the All Points Anson Building.

Duke Realty’s VP of leasing in Indianapolis Kate Ems says: “high demand for logistics space across the country has driven vacancy rates to historic lows.” She added that it is Duke’s state-of-the-art, conveniently located properties as well as Duke’s strong reputation that has driven the company’s success in the Indianapolis market.
