Duke Realty Starts 400K-SF Spec Cross-Dock Facility in Moreno Valley

Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. initiated construction on a 400,935-square-foot, bulk warehouse in Moreno Valley, CA. The building, which is being developed on a speculative basis, is located just off the I-215 South Corridor in the Inland Empire East market.

Delivery is scheduled for March 2017 on the facility at 15810 Heacock St. that includes 36-foot clear height, 80 dock doors, a fully secured yard with the ability to store 87 additional trailers, 2.5% skylights and LED light fixtures. It is the third building that Duke Realty currently has under construction in So Cal.

Duke Realty’s Senior VP of California Operations’ Chris Burns says the cross-dock facility includes features “that will enhance product stacking and maneuverability. When complete, 15810 Heacock will be one of the few 36-foot clear, cross-dock facilities of this size in the 475-million-square-foot Inland Empire market.”
