Duke Realty Signs Leases Totaling 163K SF

Duke Realty Corp. signed a renewal with a long-term tenant and welcomed a new one to Chicago-area properties in deals that totaled almost 163,000 square feet. Demandone Inc. will remain in its 132,012-square-foot space in Meridian Business 880 at 880 N. Enterprise St. in Aurora, IL. Erasteel, in the meantime, inked a deal for 30,175 square feet in Crossroads 375 at 375 W. South Frontage Rd. in Bolingbrook, IL.

Demandone is a business consulting and industrial management firm, while Erasteel produces high-speed steels and alloys. Marat Safir with Taurus Modal Group represented Demandone in its renewal, while Duke Realty was self-represented by Susan Bergdoll. Bergdoll also represented the landlord in the Erasteel deal, as did CBRE’s Larry Johnson. Jason Lev with CBRE represented Erasteel.
