Duke Realty Signs 354K-SF Lease with E-Commerce 3PL in NJ

Duke Realty leased ePort 1000, a 354,250-square-foot warehouse at 1000 High St. in Perth Amboy, NJ to 4PX Express USA, a 3PL focused on e-commerce fulfillment and logistics solutions. The REIT acquired ePort 1000 in November 2017 as part of a 3.1 million-square-foot New Jersey industrial portfolio purchase that includes six completed buildings and two development sites located along the I-95 corridor.

The facility is one of three new industrial buildings within Duke’s ePort Logistics Center, just off NJ-440 (I-287) and east of I-95. The building features 36-foot clear height, 63 dock doors and two drive-in doors.

Duke Realty’s Ben Rosen says, “This building provides 4PX with the square footage they need for their growing operations, plus gives them a modern, first-class facility in an ideal location for ecommerce fulfillment in the New York metropolitan area.”

NAI Hanson’s Ken Lundberg and ACJ International Realty’s Julie Huang represented the tenant. CBRE’s Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato and Larry Schiffenhaus advised the landlord.
