Duke Realty Secures 26K-SF Industrial Lease in Metro Raleigh

Logistics property REIT Duke Realty Corp. has secured a 25,500-square-foot lease with Industrial Microwave Systems at Greenfield North 900, a logistics facility in Garner, N.C.

The 128,035-square-foot logistics facility is part of the Greenfield North Business Park, Duke Realty’s eight-building logistics real estate development in Garner. Garner is approximately 6 miles south of downtown Raleigh. Additional tenants at the park include Atlantic Tire Distributors, Crown Equipment Corp., Mattress Firm, the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Mohawk, Butterball and Golden State Foods.

Andrew Young and Hunter Willard of Cushman & Wakefield represented Industrial Microwave Systems in the lease transaction. Larry Lakins of Cushman & Wakefield served as listing agent for the property.
